Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days
- Regional and Remote Areas: Additional delivery time may apply

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. The Montessori Bridge is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and provide your order number along with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
